Our two day course influencing & persuasion course will give your team an array of tools that will enable them to get cooperation from people who matter. The training is highly tailored, practical, and fun. We'll start by understanding the unique influencing & persuasion challenges your team face, and then build the course around them. We devote minimal time to theory - just the bare essentials. You'll never be more than a few minutes away from rehearsing the critical conversations that cause people to take action.
